1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT
By accessing or using the Geolabs Cloud platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it to these terms.

2. USE OF THE SERVICE
Geolabs Cloud grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms. The User is responsible for having the appropriate hardware, software, and internet connection. Updated browsers such as Chrome or Firefox are recommended.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
The User must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Account and password confidentiality is the sole responsibility of the User. Geolabs Cloud may suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment.

4. BILLING AND RENEWAL
 • The Service is billed monthly or annually via credit or debit card.
 • No full or partial refunds are granted, as a free 15-day trial is provided.
 • Renewal is automatic unless the user requests cancellation via WhatsApp at +1(616) 337-4295.
 • If payment is not received on time, the account will be automatically suspended.

5. TRIAL LICENSES
Users can access a free 15-day trial via geolabs.cloud. Extensions are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are created to obtain extra trial periods, Geolabs may close such accounts.

6. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Geolabs Cloud guarantees 99.90% availability:
 • Standard Plan: Support Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with response within 8 hours.
 • Pro and Pro + GCP Plan: Same hours, response within 4 hours.
 • Enterprise Plan: Support Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 10am-2pm, with response within 2 hours.

7. SECURITY AND STORAGE
Information is stored on AWS infrastructure using S3 protocols. Geolabs uses Cloudflare and encryption mechanisms to protect user data.

8. DATA OWNERSHIP AND USAGE
Users retain ownership of the data, images, and models uploaded ("Assets"). Geolabs Cloud may use aggregated metadata from these assets to improve the Service, without compromising the confidentiality of the original data.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content, software, and design of the Service ("Company Materials") are the property of Geolabs Cloud or its licensors. Copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works without written permission is not allowed. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code of Geolabs Cloud software, as well as using it to develop similar services or unfairly compete, is strictly prohibited.

10. PROHIBITED USES
It is prohibited to:
 • Upload sexual, violent, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
 • Introduce viruses or interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.
 • Attempt to access the system or other user accounts without authorization.
 • Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions.
 • Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the source code of the software.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE OR TERMS
Geolabs may modify these terms and/or the Service. Changes will be notified by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance.

12. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Geolabs may suspend or terminate the User's access due to breach, fraud, inactivity, or legal reasons without additional liability. User data may be deleted upon termination. Data will remain available for recovery up to 60 days after license termination for Standard and Pro plans, and up to 90 days for Enterprise plans. After these periods, the data will be permanently and automatically deleted.

13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
The User agrees to receive all notifications electronically (email or WhatsApp).

14. DISCLAIMER
The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, error-free operation, or data preservation. Use of the Service is at the User's own risk.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Geolabs maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid in the past 12 months or USD 99, whichever is greater. Geolabs is not liable for indirect damages or data loss.

16. INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify Geolabs from any claims resulting from misuse of the Service, breach of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in New York, USA.

18. GENERAL
If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will remain in full force. This is the entire agreement between the parties. The User may not assign rights without authorization; Geolabs may do so without restriction.
